Established in 2016 Subdivision is a women-owned and operated location agency that provides location services for print and commercial video shoots.
Subdivision Location Services aims to make the process of finding the perfect location(s) for photo and video shoots simple, clear and enjoyable. From a straight-forward file pull to a needle in a haystack challenge, we work hard to be resourceful and invaluable partners to your production.
Subdivision reps 100 + residential properties in the Austin area and offers full service location management for small stills shoots at to large multi-day commercials.
TOBIE WAHL
Owner for Subdivision Locations. Tobie hails from the Pacific Northwest but has called Austin home for 12 + years. Perpetually positive and tirelessly hard-working, Tobie has done it all from top to bottom. Tobie’s attention to detail and devotion to ensuring smooth sailing on every job is unparalleled. She is an invaluable asset to any production.
TEJANA AGUIRRE
An Austin local through and through, Tejana has been part of Subdivision since January 2022. With a background in photography and event coordination, she’s a natural fit as a location manager. She’ll track down the contact for a location you never (and we mean NEVER) thought was an option, tell you where to find the best taco on the way, and greet you at 4:30AM with a cheerful 'hey y’all' and if you’re lucky an awkwardly endearing dance move.
JENNIFER DUNN
Jenn is the founding mama of Subdivision. The idea and the early momentum to launch Subdivision were thanks to her vision. Over a midday Bloody Mary at Rio Rita, she pitched the concept to Tobie, and the rest is history. Jenn is the owner and founder of Sisterbrother Mgmt, a Dallas-based production and artist management agency.
